The Senior Recruiter will provide full life-cycle recruiting support and conduct searches for mid- to senior-level positions within Wells Fargo Securities.

Wells Fargo Securities is made up of over 4,700 team members in 40+ offices across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Wells Fargo Securities' origination, sales and trading, and research teams are focused on U.S. middle market and large corporations as well as global institutional investors. The Senior Recruiter will partner with Human Resource Business Partners and Senior Managers to create a strategic recruiting plan to attract top industry talent with focus on diversity. As part of a team, the Senior Recruiter will focus on filling advanced/specialized individual contributors, management and leadership positions for various lines of business within Wells Fargo Securities, to include but not limited to Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Operations and Risk. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong core recruiting skills including the ability to consult with managers and build rapport with candidates in order to source, screen and select both active and passive candidates. Adherence to all Recruitment and Hiring Policies as well as consulting with managers to ensure their adherence to policies will be critical to this persons success. The Senior Recruiter will identify opportunities to positively impact diversity hiring efforts and will understand and create action around Affirmative Action goals. In addition, this individual will:

Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create and implement innovative sourcing strategies. Stay current with industry trends, developments and changes especially related to a high level talent pool. Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of relevant companies and competitive intelligence. Consult and educate business partners and recruiters on staffing policies, procedures and compliance duties as stated in the Recruiting Process Map for Wholesale Banking. Develop and sustain constructive working relationships with recruiters, staffing compliance team members, line HR teams and hiring managers.

The Senior Recruiter will be expected to work across Wholesale and the larger organization to share best practices and ensure resources are maximized. This individual may also serve as project team lead and provide direction to other recruiters.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years recruiting or human resources consulting experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Total of 6+ years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting for mid to senior level professionals and/or senior management positions with exposure to executive level recruiting and compensation. Experience recruiting in the financial services sector for organizations of similar size, structure and complexity as the Wholesale Banking business within Wells Fargo.

Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting and/or sourcing in the Securities space with business knowledge within but not limited to Investment Banking and Capital Markets.

Sr. Director, Employment Branding

The Sr. Director, Employment Branding is responsible for articulating and executing on the brand positioning of Visa targeted at job candidates around the globe. They will be accountable for ideation, development, and implementation of all external employment branding efforts, for Visa, Inc., ensure a consistent and engaging candidate message in all collateral created for, and utilized by, the Talent Acquisition team. Employment Branding

Will be expected to drive select branding and candidate sourcing initiatives.

Hiring Management Systems Administration
As lead Taleo Systems Administrator - Super User, you'll provide support to user access administration, career site posting management, requisition status reporting, new user training, and talent acquisition performance metrics tracking and report management
Provide requisition status management, staffing activity status & performance metrics, and (for U.S.) OFCCP/Affirmative Action data systems reporting

Process and Performance
Assess, implement, and maintain process improvement and infrastructure programs that increase the recruiting effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team. Programs include the Employee Referral Program, Diversity and Military Sourcing Events/Resources, Source and Screen Service Suppliers, CRM tools, etc.

Supplier Management
Manage talent acquisition supplier relationships, including our hiring management system (Taleo), internet services and recruiting tools (Oracles Sourcing Solutions), social media, candidate assessment, background and drug screen providers, and contingency search suppliers
Lead administration and tracking of TA supplier contracts/agreement and associated supplier expenditures and invoice approval processing

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required in Human Resources, Business or Finance, with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a high volume recruiting organization, with responsibility for supporting multiple global site locations; direct experience in the information technology or enterprise software industry is preferred
Just demonstrate solid understanding of recruitment best practices and trends, with strong knowledge of internet employer/company branding
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity
Excellent project management skills are required with experience creating and implementing processes and programs from inception to completion, leading change management and developing internal communications
Experience working with hiring management systems and/or other HR and recruiting related systems/tools is required; Capability to facilitate and conduct system user training is required
