The Sourcing Partner will be responsible for producing a pipeline of qualified talent utilizing a varity of sourcing techniques. The individual will deliver on innovative sourcing strategies that meet the needs for a high volume of recruiting activities with a focus on diversity and difficult-to-fill positions. Internally, this individual will work collaboratively with Regional Recruiting Managers and key HR and business leaders to understand business needs. Supporting the ongoing evolution and implementation of a sustainable sourcing model that infuses CVS Minute Clinic with world-class talent to meet current organizational needs as well as building talent communities for the future will be paramount. This individual is also accountable for ensuring the company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing and hiring practices. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years progressively responsible Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience with exposure to various sourcing tools and strategies and a proven record of success. 5 years experience working with recruiting techniques, employment policies, laws, regulations and procedures (EEO and ADA), desktop tools, applications, and other resources that support the requirements of a Sourcing Position Preferred Qualifications: Search firm agency experience preferred Proven success developing diverse candidate slates by using direct sourcing channels, diversity websites and creative sourcing strategies Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills needed to interact and influence senior management and executive candidates Excellent interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidate and gathering information for hiring decisions Organization and time management skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to Maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant degree required.
