This meeting is one of two that is focused on a specific niche of recruiting, in this case Recruiting for the C-Suite. Specific topics include:

  • Recruiting Diverse Candidates at the Executive Level: How is that working for you?
  • Inside Out: In-house vs. external sourcing for the C-Suite. Is there a balance you strive to achieve?
  • Working with Senior Management: What disaster lurks at this level and what can you do about it?
  • Working with External Partners: Your latest agreements include... Who? What? How Much?
  • Global Leaders: Where are you in the best shape? Where are the toughest challenges?
  • Technology Tools: What CRMs, Social Media/Databases are emerging?

As is our practice at CareerXroads Colloquium events we ask all attendees to bring “what keeps them up at night” in their recruiting organizations so we can help each other solve those issues. After all, it's the caliber of our group that makes each session unique and provides that Aha! moment you'll take back to your office.

  • 6:00 PM We'll kick off the Executive Recruiting Colloquium with a group dinner and discussion highlighting the following day's events. Meet in the hotel lobby to walk to dinner at Carmichael's Chicago Steak House.

June 7 - Thursday

  • 7:45AM Meet in hotel lobby to walk to our meeting.
  • 8:00 AM Breakfast and Introductions.
  • 8:30-4:30 Meeting Session.

For those of you already registered, please do your best to notify us 10 days in advance of the event if you find yourself unable to attend.

Our hotel and meeting location are in downtown Chicago. Directions are outlined here. At off-peak times it is a 15-20 minute cab ride from either Chicago airport. If you are driving, parking at the hotel is $25 per day. There is also a parking garage directly across the street from the hotel.
